At a conference of Grass Roots North Carolina, Alan Gura of the Second Amendment Foundation explains some of the facts of life in the battles to preserve our unalienable rights in courts. This is not a flashy presentation, but it is EXTREMELY important that all educated gun owners understand what Gura explains.
He won the landmark cases of Heller and McDonald in the U.S. Supreme Court. (JPFO contributed a "friend of the court" brief supporting the plaintiffs in each of these hugely important victories.)
