The "Assault Rifle" Conundrum
1). Our main item is a detailed letter written by David T. Hardy, Attorney at Law, to the Hon. Ted Cruz. In it he goes into considerable depth to demystify the AR-15 platform, in particular pointing out numerous 'cosmetic' features which bear little relation to actual function. He also draws comparisons between this platform and others, as well as pointing out the differences between semi-auto and full-auto, and the versatility of the AR-15 as well. JPFO has featured numerous items by David Hardy over several years.
2). On February 8th Charles Heller, JPFO's Executive Director, attended a pro-gun rally in Denver and delivered a keynote speech, being there also to distribute JPFO materials and answer questions. He was briefly interviewed by a reporter with the Jewish News One TV Channel. In just three minutes he answered a variety of important questions -- watch this short video.
3). Since 1991 when Suzanna Hupp watched her parents slaughtered in a café shooting, she has testified several times regarding her then lack of legal ability to be carrying her firearm for protection. We have a page showing a video of her first testimony but have just added a new video as well, where she testifies again recently. Visit this page to see her presentations.
