Gun Law Drafted In Secret
We may have taken more than two deep breaths as NY Governor Cuomo released his "NY Safe Act" in double-quick time this year, and then too Colorado getting on the band-wagon. These however appear to have been outdone in quite some measure -- as Connecticut goes all out to trash the Second Amendment and people's rights.
Alan Korwin, of GunLaws.com and JPFO Advisor, writes about this travesty. "Connecticut just drafted 138 pages of gun law basically in secret, enacted it before it could be read and digested by those who signed it -- and certainly not by the public it pretends to legitimately control -- and in doing so ended up requiring federally licensed agents in the state to violate federal law, or flatly deny citizens their rights". Some segments of gun control are aimed at producing a local electoral majority, the prime example being the Colorado bills that would cause enough pro-gun people to move out of the state to ensure a long-term Democrat majority. Others are aimed at disarming the "most probably enemy" population groups, and both political parties are guilty of that to some extent, though the Democratic party does it far more."
