Controversy over the results of the George Zimmerman shooting case will no doubt long continue but one thing is certain -- the mainstream media (MSM), as usual, did not tell the whole story. Had everyone been better informed then perhaps the instant and widespread guilty verdict slapped on Zimmerman would not have been so damning. Skewed reporting, as well as "news by omission", is seemingly now the norm as well as being coupled with partisan favoritism. Why otherwise were we short on facts in the Zimmerman case, as well as being all too often on the receiving end of anti-freedom demonization of gun owners?
Biased reporting is dangerous and can have unforeseen consequences, in particular when racial issues are involved. This is what enables 'knee-jerk' reactions that can lead to riotous behavior, and it also highlights the unfortunate gullibility of way too many people in accepting only what they get delivered. A featured video (10 mins) below is from Pajamas TV with a report by Bill Whittle, which opens a Pandora's box on the omissions made by the MSM concerning the Zimmerman case. It has had a large number of views and so it may well have been seen by many -- however, it is worth running this by you just to make sure the MSM's incompetance and factual inaccuracies are noted.
