School's "Duty" to Treat Student as

Just when we may have thought we had seen just about everything regarding school's "zero-tolerance" approach we find yet another example that all but takes the breath away. JPFO has covered many of these events but it appears there is still room for yet another -- rights - what are those?
What seems particularly remarkable in this case is the statement by the school superintendant that it is their 'duty' to treat the 7th grader referred to, as a terrorist! Even worse just to add fuel to the fire, the kid had to give blood and urine samples - what? This goes beyond even the believable.
